Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finqora (available at finqora.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finqora.

2. Account Registration

To use Finqora, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in with Google. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and not share your credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Maintain only one account per person

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free & Pro Plans

Finqora offers two plans:

Free Plan

Includes unlimited transactions, budget management, bill reminders, up to 5 assets and liabilities, up to 3 financial goals, and a basic financial health score. No credit card required.

Pro Plan

Unlocks unlimited assets, liabilities, and goals, along with income and expense insights, net worth tracking, multi-currency support, an advanced financial health score, and data export. Pro is available at:

  • 3 Months — ₹399
  • 6 Months — ₹499
  • 12 Months — ₹599

Pro subscriptions with card-based payments have auto-renewal enabled by default. You can disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a billing issue or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@finqora.com within 7 days of the charge.

If an auto-renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge. If renewal continues to fail, your account will revert to the Free plan. You will not be penalized for payment failures beyond losing access to Pro features.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Finqora, you agree to:

  • Enter accurate financial data — Finqora relies on user-provided data and does not verify its accuracy
  • Use the service only for personal finance management and lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Not interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Finqora platform — including its design, code, branding, logos, and content — is owned by Finqora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into Finqora. We do not claim any rights over your personal or financial information. You can export your data (Pro feature) or delete your account at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Finqora available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Finqora is a personal finance tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The insights, scores, and visualizations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finqora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day recovery period, during which you can restore your account by contacting us. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Finqora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Finqora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
